Ok, so I fell off my diet path for a good couple of months and now I am up 6lbs. My new clothes still fit, but I could tell they we're getting a tad snug where as before they fit perfect. Also my stomach pooch is coming back which I totally don't like. So, it's back on the Atkins path for me... at least I know it will work and how to do it instead of trying to search for a new "diet"/lifestyle change blindly. Now, I just need to try to figure out how to cook things for my kids that aren't so Atkins friendly and not cave and eat any of it...that's the hardest part! Wish me luck on my Atkins round 2 go :-)
