Bad bad weekend. No exercise - too much time on my hands. Had an Arby's sandwich - first one in over 8 months. It didn't even taste good. Used to drink diet soda all the time - now don't even like the taste of soda - what a waste. I'm so close to my cruise goal - got to be very careful and watch verything I eat and record it all.
