Weigh in not too bad today - back up a pound but seeing as I didn't follow my diet AT ALL this weekend I guess all the walking and running really helped. Monday morning - going to settle in now and get serious - goal to take something off this week - been on a plateau for ages!!! Happy Monday everyone!
66.5 kg Lost so far: 8.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
