Whew, I finally got down from around 148. That was due to birthday cake and ice cream. Yesterday’s meal: 3 * 1/4 lb burgers and coleslaw made with keto dressing (with homemade mayo!). Plus miscellaneous keto snacks: veggies, cheese, butter, sausage.
66.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 4.4 kg a Week
