Whew, I finally got down from around 148. That was due to birthday cake and ice cream. Yesterday’s meal: 3 * 1/4 lb burgers and coleslaw made with keto dressing (with homemade mayo!). Plus miscellaneous keto snacks: veggies, cheese, butter, sausage.
