Fairly pleased with this weight. There’s been a few celebrations so my weight shot up. I managed to claw it back a bit, then this weekend I’ve gone way over my deficit, after a good week too. It hasn’t helped that my phone broke so I couldn’t log my food. I’ve still got leftover kebab in the fridge. Can’t waste it! So I’ll start again on Monday.🥙 Next Sunday is Mother’s Day, I’m having a planned day off and a nice meal out.
