Been doing the 21 day fix workouts daily with my boyfriend. I am in pain. Also being very good with food and not drinking alcohol on the weekdays.
62.6 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

How do you like 21 day fix?

I like the workouts, the first one was a total body cardio and my legs and abs were hurting the next few days :) Not doing the diet though.
