i am sure I am under this now. I started my journey in a size 38 jeans. All i know is my 36 jeans were sliding off even with a belt. So i decided to try on a size 34 and they fit! Not snug, but loosely. Less than 20 lbs to go! i cannot believe the drastic change I have made in less than 70 days already. Which means anyone CAN DO THIS! I am starting to believe size 32 is maybe a month away. I never saw my weight to be something I could control. But I am doing it, and you can too. .y new motto is, "No excuses, just discipline*.
