ughhh I've been so unmotivated lately I thought this app would make me accountable for myself but nope.... help

How do you feel about being healthy? Do you believe you are worth the effort, the commitment, the smallest of change? These are not big changes, the necessary changes can be found rooted in the beliefs you hold about what is possible. 💙 sent with love

Try small actions to move you towards your goal. Maybe it's just logging one meal a day, or writing one thing each day, like setting an intention. "I am going to go on a 15 minute walk before lunch." Or write about your struggles. "I saw chocolate chips in the pantry and I ate a handful. Ok, maybe two." All of these types of things are data that you can look back on and learn from.

Hey there I agree with the other two comments here they both have great points and great suggestions; and in all honesty they both I consider friends, not just supporters in a support system, we all have days where we aren’t motivated, heck I’m sick with a viral upper respiratory infection and I’m still doing what I need to do so I can be healthy. Each one of us have choices to make and you made the choice to come here and ask for help; that was the first step. But you are the one that has to find the motivation to get up off the sofa or bed you are sitting on and move around and go for a walk for at least 5-10 minutes
