Last week was a hard day to go into the gym. I had no motivation, but I do have discipline, so I grinded out for 90 minutes anyway. i woke up this morning and stepped on the scale and was sooooooo excited when I saw how much I dropped lately. It is truly incredible and felt amazing to hit that minus sign a few times when logging my latest weight.
