Happy to be back on track!!! After about 2 months of slacking off I am on my way to getting thinner again. I just have to find the right balance to maintain it.
84.6 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
