Week 4. I am thankful to have gone down a couple of pounds, considering we went on a double date and definitely went over calories that day. We had to be disciplined the rest of the week to bring the average daily calories within goal. We are a month in and haven't missed a single day of walking! Overall, feeling good about our progress :)
94.8 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 26.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
