Ugh. Very late dinner yesterday. Keto but too much total protein over that day. Then a couple slices of keto bread with mo-sugar-added strawberry jam around 9 pm. That upped the very low carb count.
66.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 4.4 kg a Week
