Daily exercise is no longer hard. It has become part of my daily routine now. Weight training has gotten much easier; as well as cardio. My body and mind expect to train now. i stepped on the scale today, and was so excited to share I am closer than ever to being under 190 again. i went from a 38 tight; to now back into my old jeans which were 34 in the waste. i tried them on just to see if could button them closed, I can. i am not ready to wear them yet. But I am closer than ever now! 100 days of hard work and changing the way I eat is changing my life. i am already halfway there.
87.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
