Week 3. I don't really understand how, but I gained a pound. My average calories per day are well below my goal, and I have increased my average steps per day. Even increased my incline and speed a bit. Oh well, I am not going stop trying.
95.7 kg Lost so far: 4.0 kg.    Still to go: 27.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
