The results are in! I'm skating on the prediabetic line and have high cholesterol 😱 I'm just glad the doctor caught it before I'm actually pre-diabetic! I'm not going to deprive myself, just going to watch my portions and eat MORE non starchy veggies, lean meat, and whole grains. Less pastries, cookies, candy, and sugary drinks. I lost my first 6lbs just from eating more salads, no soda, and less junk over all.
148.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 30.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
