Wow so close to the 20 lb mark!
I feel like I can see the change some days but others I feel the same
Anyone relate?
Either way.. feeling proud 😊
66.1 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
