Yesterday OMAD/Net Carb 46 Waist 40ins (M) 79mg/dl.   My insulin is low. My calories are low.  30 minutes Yoga 1 mile walk I can do this!! 🏊🏽‍♀️🚴🏽‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️
