I know what I should be doing but I’m not! Still plenty of nibbly things left in the cupboards and I hate wasting food. Drank quite a bit of alcohol this weekend too. I also need to drop my calorie allowance. It’s hard when it’s cold and dark, it seems to make me hungrier. I want to eat heavy food and hibernate. Less calories and move more. Maybe tomorrow!😩

it's hard during stew and dumpling season, I've only just got rid of all the treats in the house

I know you just don’t want salad when it’s miserable and raining! I take full advantage in summer and live off them. I’m trying to cut the calories down in the food I enjoy like cottage pie and chilli. We’ve swapped to wholemeal pasta and brown rice. It’s heading in the right direction slowly. I try to look at the trend not the weekly weigh-ins too.
