Carnivore diet 5th day. I don’t think I’ll be continuing this diet because of the excruciating leg cramps but it’s definitely made an impact on my overall body. I really like the detoxification from excess carbs and sugar.
125.5 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 33.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Electrolytes. You need them because the body will get rid of a lot of water once you drop carbs

I found out the hard way, but I started drinking LMNT electrolyte replacement. The 4th day I had to take Tylenol and Hylands for leg cramps and I was able to sleep. Now I’m drinking plenty of water but have added electrolytes and feeling much better. Thank you for your advice!
