Have come to the conclusion that I have to be sure to journal my food and exercise especially during the week but find that the weekends seem to draw me away for the following week of not journaling. I will make an absolute effort to post during the week and leave the weekend as my break away. It would be great idea if fat secret would send an email to you to give a reminder to journal your food intake, as they do to weigh in.
