Somebody Else's Journal, 12 May 15

It's time I plucked up the courage and bothered to log my weight properly. I am in-fact 12 and a half stone (175lbs), the weight I used to be back when I was in great, albeit comparitively weak shape. xD Still got plenty of body fat to do away with, but I'm very slowly making progress, I think/hope. At least I'm back at my old weight, so that's something.
79.4 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
