OOH-RAH! did gym last night, with the bad knee I'm still not sure how much I can 'push it' so ended up doing heart rate stationary bike and rowing machine after work...problem is with getting off at 5pm, I can't eat late (found out hard way) I retain/gain weight if I eat late (like after 7/730pm...only gives me a narrow window so I have to do what give the most reasonable 'overall' benefit taking in my limitations LORDY I DESPISE BEING LAMED AND BROKEN UP...FRUSTRATION DOESN'T EVEN BEGIN TO DESCRIBE HOW T FEEL! I NEED THIS KNEE FIXED!)
