Here we go again. We started our calorie counting, again, this week. Both my husband and I had gotten down to 190lbs but are back up. This time, I plan to take it slower and, hopefully, more steady. If I can lose even .5 lbs per week, then I will feel successful.
97.1 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
