4 days in and not losing any weight😳

So I’m lowering RDI app calculates (2300) to 1800 calories a day.
My goal date May 7th when I go sailing for 5 weeks in the Mediterranean 😎☀️🏖️⛵️

Watch this space. I’m sure diarying regular posts will encourage me to get there.
83.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
