Normal Day JANUARY 19 2024
Yesterday I eat one meal. Carb, Fiber, Protein and Fat. That's how my body thinks. 58 carbs, 12 fiber, 45 protein, 73 fat. (58-12)+(45×.56)= 71 NC. I can do this!!🏊🏽‍♀️🚴🏽‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️
