i exercise 5 to 6 days a week. heavy lifting mixed with light lifting some days to ehance my cardio. i have not been this light the right way in years. i am never going back to being big. i am focuaed and driven now. This made my whole day to see I am under 200 lbs now.
90.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
