Normal Day JANUARY 9 2024
Race Week has begun. 5 miles down 15 miles togo. When I started my lifestyle change sports had to play a major role. I don't exercise, I train. I enter events and compete. Some races I have lost, some I have not completed, I train to get to the start line. I know after lossing 200+ pounds. weight loss is about food. Keeping weight off is about exercise. Having a strong and healthy body is about exercise. Today I will complete another 5 miles. I can do this!! 🏊🏽‍♀️🚴🏽‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️
