Didn't have time to journal on 10-19 but still consider this 10-19 cause I'm a workin' late! Had a really good day today. Stayed just under my target caloric intake for the day and got in a great fall brisk walk before work today. I really miss running, but injured my foot in the Susan G. Komen 5K a week ago. It was my first competitive run and just pushed it too hard I guess, so I'm settling for a less intense workout! Hopefully I'll heal quickly!
