Today starts my fitness class, finally jumped over the post new years wine hurdles!

Got my hip injected with steroid yesterday, hoping to put off replacement as long as possible. Feels so much better today!
109.7 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 21.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
