I didn't record my weight for the 8 (ate) days over Christmas, and I'm back where I was. Phew! Moving on now, Eating Like A Bear (TM).

70.1 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
