I did it! I lost over a kilo and got to under 100 before the end of the year, I was in maintenance there for over a month, and I decided to increase my fasting window just to give my body a bit of change. I haven't been exercising consistently unfortunately so that's a mew habit to focus on now. Next goal is 95 kg. Small increments for celebrating success works best!
