Well, 3 weeks in Barbados, plenty of fish and lamb, good food all around. However I gained 5 pounds 😢😢
It’s back to work now!! And when I say work, I mean getting back on track with weight loss!!
95.3 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
