After I finished my first half marathon...I gained 1.4 pounds...and then a week later dropped 4.8 pounds. So, it seems to me that after intense exercise...muscles retain water. After some a short time...you will get rewards from your hard efforts.

Keep on truckin'. My next half marathon is in 29 days.
95.3 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 31.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
