Surprised I haven’t gained more after struggling the last 2 weeks. I provided a big morning tea for work today, homemade pastries and biscuits and cakes. Every day someone is bringing in biscuits and sweets, so I figured, provide, enjoy, and don’t partake anymore. I’ve tried to walk a bit more each day but even that fell flat lately. I have been mainly eating out for the last 2 months so now need to do some meal planning and prep. Wish me luck :)
