Morning exercise
Bike: 65 minutes, 7 resistance, 14-15.5 mph, 15 miles.

I am trying something new with my grocery shopping. I spend around $250.00 a week on groceries and I am always throwing something out. Well, I am going to try getting up in the mornings, woking out, and then getting ready and going to the store every day to get just what I need for that day.
One, this will help with getting extra things I " think" I might need and also cut out the throwing away of food.
It seems like it will be hard at first but if I save money like I am hoping I will than it will get easier.
I actually got up this morning and ran to the store only spending less than $13.00 which when you break it down I saved like $22.00! Yes, I know it won't always be that cheap but if I know I don't need it that day then it can wait until I do.
After I got home I did my biking and did the entire hour!! Being up for about 30 min helped get me moving and ready to wokout.
Pumped up and ready for the day!!
64.4 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
