Well I had an awful day yesterday I binge eating all day yesterday and did no exercising again. I feel awful about it, but I know its time to get back on track, I track my food intake on a pad I wrote most of it down what I remember did use yesterday. I am going to in put my food in take for yesterday today and get back on track. I be back later.
