Yesterday it was 162.6 and I almost weighed in, but I knew I was due for a drop because it has been at exactly 163.6 all week without a lot of fluctuation. I hope it keep going down!
I had a total cheat last night, I went to a DH's co-worker's daughters' Indian dance debut which had Indian catering. At the intermission I ate a samosa (fried pastry with potato & peas). It was very good and I did skip the sweet in my catering box. I had an Atkins bar with me but I just couldn't bring myself to be the weird American who rejected the festive fare. These debuts are big deals, relatives flew in from the East Coast and there were a couple hundred attendees. The DH decided we should skip out before the huge dinner, partly so that I wouldn't eat a lot of carby vegetarian Indian fare - rice, daal, naan, etc. I love how supportive he has been of my WoE even though his diet is at the other end of the spectrum.
