I have to stop this upward climb!!!! I am praying for God's to help and He has been faithful! I walked 6 miles, did some floor exercises at home and focued on my calories today. I really need to get this weight off! It is not good for my health!
84.2 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 20.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi Alideni, long time no hear. I know the feeling, so you know with God you can do it. Remember All things are possible with Christ. Just hang in there. My doctor told me that if I did not get the weight off I would become a diabetic basically. So hang in there.
