Was ill last night (11/9) - may be 253.7. I am confused. I was 251.1 (had started again at 258.8 on 10/30 or 10/29) I had a small amount of wine for Richard’s birthday and a shot for depression and a shot for Nicole. I ate protein before shopping and was not tempted at mall at all.
