actually between this and previous weigh in id say two weeks ago I climbed to a 104 point something kg. What I feel has helped is the fact that cut down on sugar and chocolates (i have usually a period of about one week every other 3/4 weeks that I really even think about chocolate.
Sugar on the other hand was getting out of hand for just a sensation felt in my mouth. so I started using cinnamon powder in place of it in my tea and took a rest from coffee ( I needed my body to not get underwhelmed by foreign taste of sugarless coffee with cinnamon and also prolonged coffee intake at times spikes acid reflux/ ulcers/bile production.
seems like a long write up for 1kg but its really for 3 odd kg in about 2 weeks (since previous 101.5 spiking to 104.6) and i feel more balanced less slave to every craving. PS I eat lays, potatoes, rolls, eggs, had bacon beans all sorts..
I look forward to the comfortably double digiting in two weeks and moving still to achieving my goals
