I guess I have been doing well tracking- hope I can keep it up! Fridays are tough eating out and having oneg, but a snack of cherries to hold me over for dinner should help :)
59.6 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
