I love Sunday mornings - my kids are all sleeping in - I walked the dogs and now I am curled up on the couch with my knitting and ready to watch some football today! Today we are going to have a wii competition - I joined a wii challenge and need to hook it back up and don't know how to - haha! My kids said they would do it today for me.
I did my jogging in the house in place last night - son had friends over so I had to stay at home - don't have a treadmill so I watched an old Steve McQueen movie and jogged in place for an hour and a half! Starting a new book - The Girl with the Dragon tattoo - loved The Lost Symbol.
I didn't really eat anything bad yesterday but I was hungry!! I ate some ice cream in the middle of the day but other than that it was mostly fruit and veg - just hungry!!

It's easier to do when you're watching tv! Distracts you and the time goes faster!
