Big loss, however, I am back to 2 shakes and had a 2 x salad, and sliced meat for dinner. I will be at a state training centre on the weekend, and they provide very yummy and somewhat naughty meals for lunch and dinner. Plus sedentary training environment means I need to try to lose weight before the likely gains of the weekend. Trying to rewire my brain to account for the times I cannot always make the best choices food wise.
