So today I have a renewed mindframe about weight loss. I looked in the mirror today and instead of being depressed about what I saw, I saw myslef skinny. No i am not skiny now lol but i had this skirt/shirt on and pulled it down to hide my belly and i gues the patten flow ect really hit my stomach and from teh waist up it looked as if i was small. My husband was staring and I said wow i would look really good skinny. And he agreed and grudgingly told me that this morning he woke up and I was layingbelly down and he said i looked so small he was like what this isnt my wife, and said i looked reallly good. why is it so hard to stick to a diet? grrr. we will see how this goes.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 28.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

You can do it! Dieting is about the frame of mind - once we lose it or fail to gain it, it's so easy to fall off the wagon. What you have to remember is each day is a new day and you can start again. Keep visualizing your goals and why you are trying to get healthy. I am not going to say it's not a daily struggle (still trying to win against battle cupcake today) but the benefits in the long run area really going to outweigh the need for a cupcake today. Refocus and put effort into this and you will see results. Simple as that :D
