Scales are on the move downward again even though I've allowed myself a couple of hundred more calories per day. The poached egg for brunch was not tasting as good anymore
117.4 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
