its been 463 days since i was last in i put on soooo much weight its horrible i feel sick really gutted and need help sooooo bad its unreal

113.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 49.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.3 kg a Week
