Serious weekend of comfort eating. I’m starting therapy to tackle my depression and anxiety, so hopefully that will help me get into a better mindset for my relationship with food.
89.6 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 19.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
