I really don't know what to call my diet. I am trying something new. I definately lose on Atkins, but it is so hard to stick with long term. So I am eating less, really paying attention to what I eat. Eating low carb, lots of water, exercise. Just overall trying to be healthy & avoid sodas. I hope it works.
119.7 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 49.4 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
Losing 2.3 kg a Week
