Happy Saturday Everyone! Here in Georgia we are enjoying the most beautiful days ever. The mornings are crisp and cool; the days are warm and inviting. Hubby and I are spending lots of time on our deck that’s filled with flowers 🌺, plants 🪴 and late growing peppers. I weighted this morning and the scales continue to creep downward (slowly) even after eating at Jim & Nick’s BBQ last night. 🤭 Our dog, who the vet wanted to put down 6 weeks ago is doing well after we decided to use Black walnut and woodworm treatment. I am already back on tract with a health breakfast this morning.
Hubby and I plan to spend some time at the nearby lake today. Nothing special just hanging out. Peace & love to you all! 😉
