Very pleased after only a week and a half back. That’s a big drop from 158 I’d got up to. It just shows the initial loss is mostly water but it’s the physiological boost I need to feel I’m going to do this!
69.2 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 12.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
